IOENT Summer Event 2026
This September, we're leaving the city behind for a day in the Estonian countryside - a chance to slow down, reconnect with colleagues, meet someone new, try something you've never done before, enjoy great food and celebrate what makes us IOENT.
Event Information
🚌 Departure from Tallinn: 12:30
If you selected transportation during registration, the buses will depart from the IOENT office.
📍 Location: Laukataguse Leisure Center
🕙 Arrival: 13:30
🚩 Event Kick-off: 14:00
Throughout the day you'll have the opportunity to explore the event area, enjoy delicious food, relax, connect with colleagues and take part in the activities that interest you most.

GPS-based team adventure. You'll navigate, collaborate and discover. A very fun and a bit active activity.

Create something with your own hands and let your imagination take over. No experience required - just curiosity.
🧠 Mindfulness
Slow down, recharge and enjoy a calmer experience and workshops designed to help you relax.
Food & Drinks
No great day is complete without great food.
We'll enjoy both lunch and dinner together, with plenty of time to eat, chat, recharge and simply enjoy the day.
And then…
As the sun begins to set, we'll wrap up the day the best way we know how:
Together. Dancing. Celebrating.
🏁 Journey Home
The event ends at approximately 22:30.
Buses will take everyone back to the IOENT office in Tallinn.

🛫 If you’re travelling from outside Estonia, please book your travel as soon as possible.
Once your travel is confirmed, please add your travel details to the Jira Travel Board so we can keep track of everyone’s arrival
